Did I hear that you are using Server 2019? Why? It’s less than a year Golden and I’ve already found bugs while testing. It’s not ready for my production at all. I won’t trust an important system to it yet.
Actually, for this project we used Microsoft’s Server 2016 Standard. Like you, we are still testing and validating Server 2019. Thanks for the comment.
What kind of issues are you finding in 2019? We’ve not seen any (yet).
As for IT Documentation – we use ITGlue – works very well and if you go enterprise with API access you can automate a lot of information into it (just guard those API keys though!)
